We are glad that you are visiting our website. Our commitment in the Youth Ministry at Taylor Creek is to challenge teens with the life-changing Word of God. This is accomplished through Sunday School, mid-week meetings, ministry opportunities, activities, mission trips, and camps.

Sunday School: Junior High and High School meet at 9:00am to study God's word. We are currently going through a Survey of the New Testament.

Youth Group Thursday Night: Junior High and High School meet together from 6:15pm to 8pm for a time of fellowship, games/activities and the study of God's Word. We just finished a study called "Conversations with Christ" and we are entering a new study called "Creation to Christ". This study will show the centrality of Christ in all of the Scriptures, starting in the Old Testament (Luke 24:27)

Q&A Pizza Nights/Events: On the last Thursday of each month, we have a $3 dollar pizza night, and the lesson will be on a hot topic that students want to address. This is a great opportunity to bring friends who want to learn how the Bible applies to all areas of life.

Who:

Any student who will be entering 7th grade this fall, through Seniors in High School (a last “Hurrah” for those who just graduated)

What to bring:

Bible/Notebook/Pen

Sleeping bag

Pillow

Clothing for warm and cold weather. Incl. a set that can get dirty/wet

Favorite board game (optional)

Toothpaste (please!) and other personal items

Flashlight

Accoutrements for an Epic Sandcastle Contest

What not to bring:

Music or game devices

Computer/laptop

Watermelon gum

When:

July 23rd - 24th

We will be leaving from the TCC at 12:00 sharp (grabbing lunch on the road, or bring a sack lunch)

We will be back at 8:30pm on Saturday at TCC (bring a few dollars for a quick dinner on the go for the ride back)

Cost:

$35 / person. Money due no later than July 11th. There are limited spots, so get your registration in soon! Grab a friend to come with you!

Why:

It’s a chance to unplug from the normal schedule of life and look into God’s word in a great, fun setting. We will have a couple of group lessons as well as personal devotion time. Lots of fun group activities and competitions.
